We worked with Three Mobile on the design, branding and staffing of a range of new stores. The challenge was to create an in-store experience that was more enjoyable for customers and more productive for the brand.
The approach was two-fold - firstly to create a welcoming look and feel and secondly to work with Michael Wolff and Three to develop new staff processes and create a more friendly experience for customers.
Fascias were simplified and made more prominent. The store interior was designed to encourage browsing and buying with all live devices replacing the earlier plastic dummy handsets. Digital signage and interactive ticketing enable Three to update pricing and marketing messages quickly.
The design has been very popular with customers and is commercially successful. The design, without alteration, is currently being rolled out across Three Mobile’s UK store.
