Constructing Excellence SECBE Awards 2020 Finalist

We are extremely proud to announce that our office refurbishment for Berry Bros. & Rudd Ltd is a Constructing Excellence SECBE Awards 2020 finalist in the Value category.

Throughout the project, for London's oldest wine and spirits merchant, we wanted to reveal and connect the spaces and return them to their former glory.

We used different types of oak as is the traditional material used in making barrels and corks, fundamental to both the wine and spirits trade. Oak furniture and cork pinboards build a link between the offices (the mechanics of the business) and the brand’s other spaces; wine production, storage, school and shop.

In the images, you can see that the oak meeting chairs are made with durable leather seats to be long-lasting and wear-in over time. The notice boards throughout the spaces are also made from natural cork.
