The clinic wanted a design that took the stigma out of visiting a sexual health centre. Our objective was to design within two refurbished railway arches and incorporate a welcoming informal waiting area, consultation rooms and conversational spaces to encourage discussion and create a calming atmosphere.

Since opening, visitor numbers have increased hugely, and feedback has been very positive.
