THE benyon Estate & Clerkenwell Green

The three-bedroom ‘slot house’ was developed to infill the gap between two terraced houses. The design intends to stitch the new dwelling into the surrounding context of early Victorian terraces, cottages and later neo victorian additions in a conservation area.

The Front of the House fits the Conservation area and terraced houses on Englefield Road.

The existing site was bombed, with high explosive (H E.) bombs on 29th September 1940.
