THE benyon Estate & Clerkenwell green

We have recently received unanimous approval at planning committee to adapt and restore a collection of industrial buildings. Located on the old tramline route on Kingsland Road Hackney, the project is centred around a sensitive, low carbon adaption of the late 1920’s vehicle service garage to create high quality workspaces for local, small, and midsize enterprises.
